113. Exclusion of the Public
Resolved –
That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 4 to 9 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

Resolved –
That the Public Section of the Minutes of the meeting held on 4 November 2024, having been previously circulated, be taken as read and confirmed as a correct record.
Members of the public were excluded from the meeting during consideration of the remaining items of business and have no right to inspect the reports,
which were considered whilst the meeting was not open to the public.
